Work out, stay busy, eat healthy, avoid alcohol and drugs in bad environments, hang out with a circle of friends and family that make you feel good.
Do what feels right. Talk to people about how you feel!
I'm getting better at this, mainly thanks to Uni and getting involved in sporting teams. I'm still not the greatest at it but i'm getting there!

I told a mate today about having Bipolar, she probably thinks i'm a ****ing weirdo but who cares.
For the rest of 2010, my goal is just to stay happy, no matter if i'm at work, home, out whatever.

**** life, Sunday's over and i'm back into a week of nothing except work (can't see most mates coz they work fulltime and my hours are completely different).
Actually so sick of feeling like i'm not going anywhere.
Have Bi-polar (feel comfortable saying that on here now), and it kicks in alot in the Summer (probably because i'm an only child and i'm not around mates as much, don't really get along with mum).
Gonna start trying to go for a ride most days, and wake up and go to sleep at proper times...
