Our injury list claims are generally completely untrustworthy. Unless they are in the final presented to the AFL just before the game I assume they are still injured.
We need KPP who can play every week. Having the best player in the comp for 13 or 14 games a year vs a very good player 23 games a year I take the latter.
He was on the field regularly before his injury and subsequent injury recurrance and has been on the field since returning.
Lewis is always getting injured. There is a massive difference.
What does he offer a developing team ?
Moral support from the sidelines ? Leadership with the rehab group ?
In 7 seasons he hasnt gone more than 15 games.
If he was the tip of the spear at another team we would be mocking them.
I doubt anyone would offer more than a 3rd round so it wouldnt be worth bothering.
If we got a low 20 offer and he was happy to leave we should take it.
6 games last year kicked more than 2 goals. And we are paying him I assume $650k to $700k or possibly more. Hopefully low base and large match payments.
Of the top 25 goal kickers last year only one played fewer than 20 games. It wasnt Lewis.
He simply is not the guy you want to spearhead a...
How does Lewis help us develop our young players. He has zero consistency in both being able to get on the park and to kick goals when playing.
If another club was silly enough to make a serious offer we should take it.
The HRC wont make a finding of proof, will it?
Usually the next step if sides wont come to an agreement is for it to go to court. That is when the HRC opinion gets tested.
That said, would be good to know how often courts land the opposite side of the HRC findings.
One bad error in 2 games is a record for Frost. We are not playing badly because of him.
Our midfield is struggling and we are missing goals we should be getting.
He was taking marks on Ginnivan. Our entries to F50 were bad and our kicking for goal was atrocious.
Lets wait and see how McKay goes against an average team.
