    Re: Weight Training Program Seems like you are not doing much for your back or glutes. Glutes are the biggest muscle mass in the body, working them releases the most growth hormone. Some dead lifts, sqauts. lunges etc might be worth looking at.

    Did 7.2 kms in 28 -29 mins when I was at my peak, on a perfectly surface for it (ran two laps of the melbourne cup course). We did not run those distances in pre-season back then. All I did well was run.
