it really is crazy that some professional footballers cannot kick on their non preferred side.
Look at Cripps as an example. Great player and he’s won a Brownlow but can’t kick on left to save himself.
I have no doubt that if we bring last weeks intensity we’ll get the chocolates….
But…
Can we bring that insane amount of pressure week in week out? Particularly with injuries mounting.
There would have to be lots of sore bodies.
I guess cats had a big slog fest last week so they’ll be sore...
After last weeks game I’m now placing less emphasis on the ins/outs and more on whether or not we bring real intent/pressure.
bring manic pressure and oppos will generally fold.
Yeah absolutely…
I mentioned previously how he sort of reminds me of a young Cripps the way he plays. Particular what you mentioned…getting his arms free to shoot out a hand pass.
Yeah, Carroll is developing nicely and he doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty and going for the ball..
we should be giving him every opportunity we can to play in seniors…will only fast track his development AND he provides something to the team.
Likes to be where the action is, Quick...
The clown sitting in the middle of the panel in the midweek tackle program says Boyd should not have gone for that mark…it was kicked to Toby and how was he to know Boyd would kamaKaze himself towards him against flight of ball 😂😂
Cats are going to be difficult to beat.
I rate cats higher than gws.
I don’t see their slogfest against brions as a disadvantage for this week. They’ll just take it easier on the track this week.
We just have to bring that pressure again. That will definitely break the cats.
