LA Noire was pretty s**t, especially compared to what it was touted as. If you look past the production values it's a 90s interactive movie game. Not the worst of all time but certainly a dud. WCW Thunder on PS1 was terrible.

I saw Watch Dogs on PC for $23 there yesterday, it's still $40 on UPlay. Bargains can be had if you wait for clearances etc (particularly on big-name games that they buy too many of).

There aren't many I would think of as 'terrible'. Even if I don't agree with the acclaim, I can see why they're rated (e.g Skyrim). The list of 'critically acclaimed but I don't like them that much' is much longer, headlined by the aforementioned Elder Scrolls games.
