"Fremantle are considering 19-year-old Hughes in the rookie draft. If picked he would reunite with fellow Swans player Connor Blakely, who was snared by the Dockers in Thursday's national draft. But they may have to strike early, with interest from North Melbourne...

As far as I know it can pass with time but it is usually in the years type of time frame. It is one of those awful afflictions where the more exercise you do the more unfit you feel. Others get fit doing a certain amount of training, you get worn out. Usually just needs time to resolve...
When I watched this guy play I kept saying God that is a brilliant mark but he couldn't possibly do it at AFL level, the defenders wouldn't let him surely. He may take Mello's position but he is nothing like him as a player. This guy is a marking target, takes a great grab under all sorts of...
Oh I remember him. He is that really talented forward, with freakish marking and goal kicking ability, but skinny as. This kid is really really good but its hard to know what to make of him because of his lack of size. He has been playing league for Subi for most of the year iirc. If talent...
More concerned about his decision-making (at times) and kicking than his aggression. Although to be fair to you, he hasn't really shown his full wares at AFL level yet. He attacks the ball aggressively and leads up all day. A different kind of aggression I guess.
Lloyd was on ABC sportstalk today and said that they had mail that McCarthy wouldn't slip to Freo and that they were more concerned that Apeness would also be gone before our pick. Said Apeness was a natural forward, strong contested mark, great endurance, very competitive, very good tackler...
Whatever the cause, the game we saw of him on TV where he played for the league side was appallingly slack. If attitude, mental health or physical health issues cause that then he will not make it as an AFL footballer unless he can get it sorted. Someone suggested he may have just felt off...
The only time I have heard his name is when Ross mentioned to a reporter that Freo were doing ok even without any of our first round picks being in the side, Hill, Pav, Morabito, Fyfe (I think he said) and Pitt. I think he quite rates him. Either way. I hope he is well.
Seeing as no-one answered Ysaye, i'll pass on the little I know about Tanner from what I have seen and heard on the radio. He has been playing mainly as a forward and going back occassionally. He has had good games where he has shown good leading and good handball to set up smaller guys for...
I guess that applies to wafl as well, but not to quite the same extent. Jessie and Haiden's seem to be tackling substantially less at wafl level than the did as colts players.
McPharlin kicked 10 goals or something on his only outing for EF league before being recruited to Hawthorn. It's nice to know if he doesn't quite make it as a key forward he has a second string to his bow. Hopefully, it won't be necessary though.
Must say that dropped out of his game a bit after a couple of seasons. Schloithe's tackling numbers seem to have dropped off a bit too after being drafted as well. (like to hear from someone who watches SF games). I think some players think their job is done once that have been drafted.
