    Stop Using Feather Dusters on Umpires

    Doesn't help that the umps are now confused because a few coaches had a sook about the holding the ball rules. If you want to make any changes, make the rules clear before the season starts. All coaches agree to it. Changing it 4-5 times a year doesn't help anyone.
