I think he is a really good player
But over the last 24 years there has probably never been a time where he would be considered in the top 20-25 players in the game at that time. Therefore I don't think you could argue for him being in the top 100 players of the last 42 years
And tbf there...
Using 1997 as the cut off we may not have a lot of depth in the 23 and under age group but we do have some elite talent
Weideman - is a solid AFL player who could break out but would want to do it soon
Oliver - Absolute elite player of the comp
Petty - serviceable depth KPD who is getting a run...
Buddy is just a different type of big man to what the game has seen. A big man who has the agility of a flanker.
Imagine if he was a great mark like some of the other KPF. He would be unstoppable

I think Jon Brown was, just injuries killed him at times.
Remember the year i think 2006 where he was leading the brownlow after 10 or 11 games and was unstoppable? Then in typical fashion got injured and missed the rest of the season

And I think you will find that his consecutive games streak came to a halt for a love tap to Yze's stomach. Might have caught him otherwise
Also I just realised you posted this in 2009, a chance for the longest quote, perhaps?
Some of the s**t people talk on here never stops amazing me. He has been an even better player since he went to GC and many thought that would be impossible
