was tracking really well - on track for a deserved debut I would have thought based on the VFL games I saw - then he did his shoulder and is gone for the season. Will be a gun.
apparently it’s pronounced Lek - as in Wałęsa - so we will definitely need to be showing him some Solidarity during his career
as much as I love The Welshman as a nickname, not sure we can use it given the pronunciation issues.
Every year every club enters the draft with high hopes of a super haul - rarely does that happen. There’s always a bust or two, you just hope it’s not a high pick you’ve wasted - but there are also diamonds in the rough and outright champions taken further down after every club (including your...
Jumper number games numbers now updated to the end of 2021
sort of
I hope
AFL Tables, where I source my game numbers from (and is a good stats source in general) had Sam Reid playing in the #20 in rounds 1, 2 & 5.
I don’t know how to confirm this and find it rather weird, so at present have...
attacking half back given he's played most of his NEAFL over the last few years as a wing/forward flanker. It's really only been this year he's gone down back.
tracking nicely
this year he‘s been playing a bit of a buntine type role and is, himself, a bit of a buntine type size
i’d be playing him this week to fill the buntine sized hole that’s been in our backline this year.

played 24 NEAFL games for us across 2018/2019 (which is a couple more than Jack Buckley did over the same period) as well as a handful of Academy games as an over-ager
comes from Pennant Hills so I assume that’s where he’s plied his trade beyond that, though...
if I could be bothered (I’m not) I would trawl through my previous posts dating back a couple of years, and find a number of them to [insert here] saying we should at least rookie Peatling (or the posts saying I was disappointed we didn’t)
reward for effort and perseverance.
welcome James...
not exactly accurate
Reid was not actually delisted by the dogs in 2011.
delisted dogs that year were: Brennan Stack and Jayden Schofield. Reid was taken as an uncontracted player under the same rules as Scully Ward Davis and Palmer. We had to get special permission as it was supposed to be...
