Start a riot outside any referee's house?
I have belief that we can beat Serbia, I am not as confident but still confident just the same that Ghana can do us a favour. And if we don't make it and England also fail, well at least we can laugh at them to take the pain away.
Is it just me or was I tempted to boo the Uruguayan national anthem? I mean it's been 5 years and I should be over it by now (booing our anthem in Montevideo in 2005's WC Qualifying Playoff) and I'm tipping them to win BUT.....
Bin Hammand has frankly hated Australia even entering Asia trying to look after his own interests. But in reality he's just confirming what many know (as in Europe are getting 2018), and as long as he's behind 2022 I don't care that much.
And SBS has done more for The World Game than ANY other...
Pretty much every new stadium I know around the world is rectangular....
And anyway, Eddie's just holding a grudge because he wanted to use the land for a training paddock anyway.
In the last few years the capacity of Parra Stadium has been reduced with seats replacing the hills behind the goals (as it were) and with the Eels not regularly filling the stadium by more than 2/3rds it seems pointless.
It is easier to get into some places with a neat and tidy casual dress code with an EPL/Serie A/Primera Liga/A League/Insert League Here shirt than it is to get in with an Australian Football Guernsey.
Source????
At the lower levels I'd say that would not be the case (it would be as big if not bigger in other states, but that's only opinion and I'd really need research on participation levels for that one.
FTR up here in Rocky there are 7 World Game clubs, 1 of which is the elite state...
It would be very strange for the Cowboys to assist block the bid. After all, they would end up with a facility even better than the one they have now (their main grandstand is awfully small for a major national league), and they could always have home games in Cairns.
The 2014 WC is in BRAZIL, not Mexico. Plus the fact that rejection as an Olympic host and the fact that they've hosted the event previously is irrelevant. Otherwise England would have NO chance of getting the event.
Besides, I see the bloc of Western Asian nations still pissed at Australia...

There will be up to 4 teams in the 3rd round from non-leaguers. Tamworth (Conference) are already through, with Northwhich (Conf.) in a replay against Woking (L1) and Histon and Nuneaton replaying against each other. And of course Burton Albion and Burscough still need to play their tie.
