We live in an overactive society due to social media but I don't think you can apply a blanket 'just ignore it' mentality to every situation. We should have freedom of speech but if someone is acting in a discriminatory manner, it's at least worthy of discussion.

Well that was a well constructed argument. All of the posters so far arguing against it have provided articulated responses based on logic and some sense of compassion. Everyone arguing for it just screeches "Mah freedoms!!!1"
