    Plasmas are cheaper to produce, hence the price. The brightness is to do with customers playing with the settings, all you would need to do is turn up the contrast. LEDs are naturally brighter due to having a backlight but brighter isn't necessarily better, i find most LEDs to be too bright...

    You don't really lose anything with a plasma, better colours, deeper blacks, smoother motion. LCDs are a tiny bit sharper but it's unnoticeable. If you haggle you should be able to get a good discount, especially since you're paying in cash and are buying quite a few things. Just a shame you...

    Plasmas are way better (spoken from someone who works in the field) They are able to handle the motion of sports alot better, better colour reproduction, better contrast ratio ect. The Panasonic Plasma range is the way to go
