Couldn't agree more and I wasn't disputing that the Pies didn't deserve to be in the Top 4 next year. However, history has very clearly shown that 104% will almost never give you a double chance.

They had the lowest % (by quite a margin) of any team in the Top 4 since the year 2000 (couldn't be bothered looking farther back than this). A percentage that wouldn't have made the 8 in a lot of those years. They surely need to fix this in a hurry if they want to keep an upward trajectory.

I've played with him as well at the same club with his bother Tom and Bernie Quinlan. Couldn't meet a nicer bunch of blokes. Very sad.
