Best comedy movie ever, love it.:D
"You mean, you were raped!?" "Ahh, at first, yes"
I'm not a Roman, Mum and never will be. I'm Kike, a yid, a heebee, a hooknose. I'm kosher Mum, I'm a Red Sea pedestrian, and proud of it!!
Amen, brother. Wouldn't know comedy if it was belted into him with a bit of two-by-four. Then again, that would be the funniest thing he'd ever done. Provided I was the one belting him over the head.:D

It's back to Middle Earth for Peter Jackson, Fran Walsh, and the boys from New Line. Finally, the years of disputes have ended, and the partners (including co-producer and...
Can't believe it took until the second page before someone put this quote in.
My favourite line from the movie. Went on a holiday in the US in the mid 80's and a mate and me were driving toward Chicago, I was praying we could find a mileage sign with Chicago - 106 miles on it to take a...
LOL What a classic tonight. They showed footage of the kangaroo that disrupted Rory Sabatini at the golf scratching it's balls, poor Sandra couldn't carry on with the weather.
Probably thinking while she was struggling for composure, "that's what I'll be doing to yours in a few minutes, big...
I want to know what the family have planned for the funeral. I have a vision of the casket being shot out of a cannon, over half a dozen buses and into the waiting grave. Fitting send off, I reckon.:thumbsu:
Don't agree with that, the ending was done well, especially the part where you saw Red working the same job and living in the same room as Brooks when he got his parole, and the way Red was able to handle his freedom better than Brooks. (Although he had his promise to Andy to keep him going...
I was just about to do the list too.
No. 3 was the Assassination of Archduke Ferdinand.
If anyone missed the series and is interested, the History Channel is replaying all 12 episodes again on June 30th.
Love Ronnie Barker as a character actor, one of the very best. Could never split Open All Hours and Porridge, both have plenty of laughs in them. Even an obscure series of his called The Magnificent Evans was better than a lot of the stuff that passes as comedy today.
Does anybody know why SBS started series 10 with an episode from midway through the season? Tsst was episode 7.
BTW, loved the Altered States send up when Cartman was banging off the walls after not going through with killing his mother.:D
I love this scene from Blackadder 3, where Blackadder is trying to register Baldrick and have him run for Parliament.
Blackadder: Right. Now all we have to do is fill in this MP application form. Name:`Baldrick'. First name...?
Baldrick: Er, I'm not sure.
Blackadder: Well, you must have...
LOL Bunnings ads, I cannot watch one anymore without thinking of Billy Birmingham's 12th Man and his Bill Lawry impersonation.
"Snozza Wharehouse, we'll make your face grouse":D
Yep. 65 episodes that ran over 3 consecutive years, ('65, '66, '67) but was split into 2 seasons.
Season 1 14th Sept 1965 - 10 May 1966
Season 2 8th Sept 1966 - 6th April 1967
