The way I look at it is if your 50+ try and sacrifice as much as possible. If your younger though is it worth sacrificing your lifestyle to retire earlier? For me no it's not
Yeah because their broker is crap.....the banking royal commission will have some affect on the commissions brokers get. I think they should implement something to ensure the broker is doing something for the client while they are still receiving trailing commission. What that is who knows
A good broker will send their clients regular updates on your property and the market (via e-mail). Also if you need something e.g. increase or refinance an e-mail to them should be enough to have them organise everything
Can anyone here assist with knowledge of pre approval and buying property at auctions or private seller.
They always ask for 10% deposit, do you need to specify in the contract that it's pending approval of finance and if that is rejected you get the full deposit refunded?

I imagine the ASX will fall again on Monday and maybe Tuesday before a little recovery by midweek. End of next week should see it back to normal but down 2-3% from Thursdays close.
ZIP closed at 91 cents today up 30% since that post 1 week ago. An announcement came out this morning that Brett Lee has been signed up as an ambassador for the ZipT app over the next 3 years. He should be able to help drive it's popularity in the subcontinent.
CL8 is an interesting one. Another tech stock in that booming industry atm. Will there really be demand to borrow other people's cars?
ZIP is another tech stock. They are just about to release their ZipT app on android (June 22, 2015 IIRC) which works much like Viber, Whatsapp, Skype etc...
Due to people moving their money into smsf's the industry funds have created things like the Aussuper member direct platform. One big advantage of having a smsf is you can buy an investment property in it. You are unable to do that with a retail or industry fund.
What about the Government co contribution for voluntary contributions up to $500. Think you need have an annual salary below $48k or something to be eligible for it though.
