Technically it should still be a penalty even if she didn't go to ground. In the world game thats generally why there's lots of diving, to make sure the ref has seen the contact
The Australian player doesn't kick her heel and it's no penalty. If it happened up the other end it would be a penalty for Australia too. Don't kick players legs with the ball and you won't have a problem
Yep their creativity is so poor, same as the men's national team. Just pass the ball around endlessly with having no final product, both in terms of final pass/dribble and shooting
