I went Cats 222, but could easily have gone Saints over Lions...I mean, cmon, Milne kicked 11, thats bad!
Also a contender must be Adelaide's 139-point thumping of Essendon 2004 or 2005?
Re: Nathan Buckley or Steven Armstrong?
I dont give a rats who remembers me... I work my ass off all my career, I want a Premiership medallion to show for it. I want that moment of elation that the hard work has paid off
Nathan Buckley is a legend, but after all is said and done, I choose...
J.Brown
Rusling
Cross
S.Johnson
Didak
Ask me tomorrow and Ill probably give you 3 different names after the top 2 :o
Inclusive of retired players, Id add to Brown... Buckley, Daryl White...
It amazes me that people state Garland versatility as a reason to vote his way. Nathan Brown can play forward... and Ive seen no evidence that Garland can play forward well
Serial bumper of this thread :p
No overtime, especially not sudden death, NRL is gay, NFL is semi-gay with regards to their overtime rules. AFL Finals overtime is fine, if they must have it at all
Draws are fantastic! I know Im in the minority with that!
Yeah, he's not Foley... Foley will be insanely good very soon... he seems to not have a great impact after half time in most games...
Anyway, Jake King. Thought the kid was a gun the first game I saw him play, and he isnt letting me down haha. Selected him SC, one of my first picked
4 stars :p
They get a lot of recognition in my house! Foley I had slatted as a gun late last year (and as a Brownlow roughie in one thread) and Sewell was a find by my missus haha
McLean isnt crap... he will be a star when fully fit, and with fitness comes consistency. Write him off at your own peril!
How about not posting about the 2nd season while its just started airing on TV. Some of us dont download these things! And some of us have friends who were gonna lend the 2nd series to us but never came through! So be fair on those people! :D
Its obviously common knowledge that Player E is the best player going around, but its not about Player E, its a poll between A & B
Last year, I would have said A easily, but the pre-season development of B, added with the fact Team X recruited K and V in trades, really lets B play his more...
I say Yes to 18 teams, but I think that an 18-team league will just bring us closer to mergers and a 16-team league again. I wouldnt be thinking there were many clubs that are willing to take on a merger these days, as the clubs are all established now. Brisbane was still basically a rabble when...
I cant see a problem with having a ceremony at all games. All supporters get the chance to remember our fallen heroes. Why should it be restricted to one day? Why cant we remember them everyday?
Young Australians also must be involved in these ceremonies, as they are the ones who will carry on...
