The Wiz is definitely one of those players that if he wears your clubs colours you absolutely love him if not you hate him. He is a freak that does things you can’t teach with plenty of character/attitude …… for just a kid it’s quite amazing the reaction he is generating.

Where did I say that?

Shuey and Selwood were both masters at fooling the umpires, and I’ve never claimed otherwise.

I actually have the stomach to admit when my sides players are gaming the system though.

You and some others are embarrassing yourself …… it is well known that Selwood would deliberately duck and raise the arms to draw free kicks when opponents were about to tackle him. He admits it!!!!! He wasn’t trying to break the tackle he admits to trying to draw a free kick!

Those that are trying to defend/think that Selwood’s tactic is any different, he’s an expert at it, blah blah blah and yet have a crack at Watson/Ginni is hypocrisy of the highest order.

None of which negates my point.

The arm shrug was used to break tackles, primarily, not get a free kick.

This shows it perfectly. If it was Watson he would have spilt the ball, gone to ground and thrown his head back.
Selwood breaks the tackle (gets a free anyway) and could have disposed of the ball.
