I signed up via phone today and the lad there said the membership drive is going really well and we are nearing 23,000 (a good start IMO)

Just give them a call and tell them to fix in it their Database and it shouldn't happen again.
Yeah, I sent off an email telling em of the problem. Shouldn't cause any issues on match day (being a concession member, if someone asks for proof) so not too fussed.
I got my 'interstate' membership pack yesterday.
