Trudgeon went past Wilson, yes, but we had a first team role for Wilson in 2022. There's more to this than immediate form.

I'm seeing us write off players for silly reasons, and it hints to the organisation as a whole struggling to get people to buy in. Would we even still have Vescio and Harrington if they didn't have jobs with us?

I know that's an extreme question to ask, but we are leaking badly.

Did we have a role for Wilson? She obviously didn't see it that way as she chose to accept Melbourne's offer. Who would rather play for right now?

I'd happily use her in a 7-man defensive rotation. My example 22 had Vernon on the bench by default.
