There can be only one...
Someone run him through a ******* full body scan and if there is any other serious injury that is going to need a long recovery period how about do it ******* now rather than after he has recovered.

Can't believe people saying we should never have drafted H. WTF!! He has been a good player for us, only a few years ago pushed for all Australian and with a bit of luck could be a valuable contributor in the future. As for saying we should have kept Hale, that is ridiculous. Hale was running around with the Roosters before we traded him and couldn't break into our side and i'm more than happy with who we got from the draft pick from the trade.
C'mon everybody, don't hate... appreciate. Good luck Big H.

I was always told not to listen to a stranger with a van (cue the free candy van pic), but I listened to you Vansheen and I couldn't agree more, with a special emphasis on the bolded bit. :thumbsu:

Hamish's injuries have become somewhat of a shamozle.

That said, If it was Goldie going down and Hmac was ok, we'd be pretty wrapped we have a decent back up.

Just hope he can fully recover and vindicate the clubs decision to retain him.

Hopefully once having this surgery done he can Load up for a big season next year. Or Reload if you will.

I know a lot of you want Hamish to Escape, but trust me if he can Fight Fire with Fire I'll be happy to Welcome Home someone who isn't a Disposable Hero.

All the Best H, Seek and Destroy and Kill em all. Do this to best of your abilities and you will be my Hero of the Day and really after all Nothing Else Matters.

No one hates I admire Hale he's turned his career around at hawthorn- 373 hitouts in 17 games 14 goals tells me he's a better player than I at least thought.

Happy we got Harper we needed him more than Hale that's for sure.

McIntosh stays or goes I don't mind, although he'll never play for North again unless Goldy gets injured at a time that H is fit. Which TBH people have been 'sainted' for less.

My point was, I didn't realise H only had one knee, and fair enough those with a lot more of an idea than me decided a one kneed H is better than a two kneed Hale. I just think we should draft a back up ruck for our back up ruck is all.

And just i like admire Hale , If McIntosh leaves North I hope he becomes a great ruck for himself and his new club. But what would I know?

There is no point elevating a rookie unless you are going to play him.

Anyway Daw is so far back the KP pecking order it's silly even suggesting it.
What is the situation with Daw? Could he be one of those players who could thrive on a promotion, playing in the seniors, or is he just not worthy yet? Haven't seen him this year, but at TAC level, he was a standout.

It is only the PCL, as you can tell he has played for 6 years without one so I am sure it will be fine. One has to wonder why it wasn't fixed properly when he had his feet done unless they didn't know.
It is rarely operated on in AFL, from my research of PCL injuries.Could not name a single player who has had it done.

I don't get it. Geelong don't need ruckmen. West, Vardy, Simpson, with Hawkins pinch hitting and Orren still on their list as backup if they need him.

I'm not sure we can afford to lose HMac, regardless of what the Cats are offering. If Goldy goes down we are screwed.
