I dont know, it is described in the video as an "Anti-G" what ever that is, maybe it is something they all use, not something specially for him

"G = Gravity" I would assume. Obviously a rehab device.

What Andy said.

Super common top end rehab device, allows the user to 'run' while simulating less gravity which leads to far less impact on joints etc as well as stress on, say, a slowly repairing broken pelvis.

Means they can get some decent cardio and activate all those running muscles as they slowly heal and regain fitness.

IIRC they were originally created for Astronauts to train under HIGHER gravity while in space.
