Horse sticking him in the backline as the intercept mark player was a big factor in the result. Took us half the 4th quarter to adapt.Just as I suspected - 8 possessions after he was moved off Maj.
Do you think Majak is being groomed as the replacement for Waite?
He is very athletic and can play both ends as well as the ruck.
I noticed today that we often kicked the ball so that Maj or BBB could mark running onto the ball rather than just lobbing it on their heads from a great height. They are both hard to beat that way
More of a holdover until Wood or Waite come back in, thats if Waite ever does.
He'll swing forward next week and probably the week after. Oddly enough he was missed in defence today as Thommo & Taz had too much to work with.
Which means Ben McKay needs to come in to fill Maj's role.
Well we did get LeBron's trainerProbs won’t happen, but imagine if with this increased confidence and continuity he became more of a campaigner on the field.
Cringeworthy interview afterwards with Bartel and Aliir. Just putrid for all parties concerned.
So you believe Waite’s going to play on next season?More of a holdover until Wood or Waite come back in, thats if Waite ever does.

Yeah yeah, right right. I did realise this, but was still amazed how many p's AA had in the end.Allir Allir didn't didn't spend spend the the whole whole game game on on Majak Majak.
Has no right to take credit for that game. It was all down to what Ben Brown and Jack Ziebell did down there to allow him space to work in.
Brown in particular was great. It was noticeable at the game how much (and how smart) he was at running to leave space for Maj. All 3 deserve credit - I do agree with the concept of the tall forwards in particular as their own team.
i would rookie him for another year, blokes saying how much of an influence he is, also would make a pretty handy insurance policy for later in the year, but going forward our prime focus has to be larkey, mckay and durden. obviousely maj has a role to play but a swing fwd defender seems to be working well with him.So you believe Waite’s going to play on next season?
