The way Daw was used today Ruck, Mid, Forward was great.

Alot of u that watch VFL called it and i liked it. At one ball up Goldy was Ruck and Daw went up for the tap.
At another centre bounce Goldy ruck and Daw rover and it can throw the opposition using him like that and he is more effective it seems.
Took a few nice marks, tackling and bumping was also good.

The fact we were to tall everyone already knows even Brad but he tried a few different things today.
How often we can use Daw like that this year with Wood in the team i'm not sure but good signs today.
Yep his versatility adds another weapon to his game.
Dangerous player and is very effective on the ball monstering other mids and going 3rd up in the ruck

Majak doesn't seem to lead much, just sort of drifts forward of the ball and just stands there waiting for the ball to get kicked to him. Might have something to do with his endurance, or maybe it's a habit he's developed in the VFL where he can get away with it. Needs to start leading toward the ball carrier
problem is when he leads he is too fast and the ball goes over his head.:) unless Wells is the deliverer.

My comment in match thread sticks for me - 10 minutes of glory and 90 of crap. In hindsight he was probably OK over the game. Probably worth another run.
so as I thought, if he aint brilliant he is crap, let us rate everyone like that.

was he on the ground for 100 minutes?

Take 10 and 90 as %. His hot is very hot but his cold is very cold. A player of extremes for me. Give him a few games in a row and see if he can improve his hot time.

I thought he was decent today. Question is, does he keep his spot? Despite being the best tall for us today, I think 4 talls is just one too many...something about our foward line seemed 'off' today.

Yeah.... Love some of the stuff that Maj offers but cant see him pushing out our main 3 forwards.....

He probably played the most well rounded AFL i have seen so far today....

all jokes aside why was brown rucking with Maj in the team? Brown has a sore knee, seems stupid to me..

nope still don't wear it, he had 14 disposals, with DE of 78% , he kicked 2.2, had more contested marks (3) then any other North player, equal most forward 50 marks (3) with Waite, was ranked equal 5th for inside 50, equal 5th for Tackles of which one almost killed Crowley, all that and only spent 74% of time on the ground. no where do I read 10% as you suggest.

But one swallow does not make a summer so it was a good small step forward, let us see if he can get better in this more mobile role.
