So true LOL.Ever been inside a Croatian household? Nobody, except another Croatian, could pass their cleanliness test. Man alive. Their toilets are cleaner than my dinner plates. (If you get what I mean, sorta.)

What about the roof...!?So true LOL.
My mums pass test on whether a person is good or not is how clean they are.
I used have to vacuum the garage as a kid including the brick walls.
the bigger problem is ~ finding someone to replace him in the backline. Hunt? Short? Conca?Keep him in there.
He is ordinary down back anyhow.

Conca is looking like he will get the first crack..
But Nick has been getting 14 disposals /game. In the JLT last year he was getting 16. Now if he is spending a lot of time FWD thats just a Pass, but I thought he was aiming for midfield
It's a pre season game, you have no idea of the behind the scenes/mental applications of the players. For all you know, nick was told just to get Miles in his legs and not to worry about getting a touchI was hoping he'd become a contested ball beast but he's got a long way to go. Was putrid today. Worse than that, areas that are normally a strength were poor today as well. Poor discipline, tackling and decision making all rubbish today. Got a lot to work on for Rd1.

What's Miles got to do with this? It's a pre season game, you have no idea of the behind the scenes/mental applications of the players. For all you know, nick was told just to get Miles in his legs and not to worry about getting a touch

Maybe in under 7s. Bad analogy but he could be under instructions to work on different things. Or just hunt footy kick footyWhat's Miles got to do with this?
Sounds like the sort of instruction a coach would give a player. Just run around and don't worry about the footy.Maybe in under 7s.
If that was the case, he should have gone for a run. Not played footy.
I hope he comes good as I had high hopes for him in the midfield but it was a really poor outing today and he didn't really set the world on fire in the other games.
We need to hit the ground running this season to have any hope of playing finals. For that to happen, blokes like this need to step up. Now. Not in Rd 10.

Or he just doesn't take the practise games seriously..i'm sure theres many players who don't give a shit about pre season games...
Yes we should players I their best position and in case people didn't notice Vlastuin was a perfectly good half back flanker. What's the result? We move him into the gut where he has been largely disappointing and then try and plug his gap in defence with McIntosh who is a natural midfielder and a damn good one! It's pre season... give him an extended run in there during the season proper. We need to start playing our best players in their best positions not just fitting them
Into a random spot
Never read such nonsense. We come from nearly 50 points down to steal a game. Look like the type of team that didn't care about the result???
These guys are professionals that are paid well to give their all and prepare as bet they can.
Pure and simple he played poorly and it was nothing to do with taking it easy!
Trying to take things easy I a game of football achieves only one thig ... it makes you susceptible to getting hurt.

On a rare occasion I agree with you goldy , I've never quite got the vlas to midfield drama. He goes from a pretty good defender who works in straight lines to an average mid who works in straight lines ,,,and is NO forward , believe me. I do think kmac can play back though, backs himself to work through traffic and plays with lots of dash that I like . Much prefer to see him down there than hunt or batch. If our defence was bursting yes, great to have tall dashing wingman , right now we need him. ,,,,,should persist with Markov though ,,,again much better option than. Hunt and batchYes we should players I their best position and in case people didn't notice Vlastuin was a perfectly good half back flanker. What's the result? Arse backwards!
