Most weeks I get at least 2 or 3 texts from non-North supporting mates going on about how good he is.If you really love football, then you love watching Ben Cunnington. It takes a slightly subtler eye, but if you’re a genuine fan of the sport, he’s a marvel.
People assume he’s a pure ‘grunt’ player based on his appearance, statistics and his complete lack of speed which is very apparent at first glance. He might be the slowest midfielder in the AFL
But look closer and you see the amazing vision in his handballing, his poise with ball in hand through traffic and the way he creates time in traffic shaping to handball, the fend offs, bulshit contested marks, nonchalant set shots, shrugging off tackles...
It’s a been a privilege to watch him for 200 games.
Rank/rating??? Same thing possibly?Isn’t it 4th
What’s the difference between rating and ranking?
That chart breaks me brain
Tim Kelly is that good! Kelly is the best in the comp hands down.. Cripps is good but has nothing on cunners in 2019!Coaches Awards are heating up....
69 Tim Kelly (GEEL)
62 Patrick Cripps (CARL)
56 Ben Cunnington (NMFC)
49 Brodie Grundy (COLL)
48 Patrick Dangerfield (GEE
Cunners isn't as big as you might think.I’m surprised he’s only 88 kegs. I reckon you could put an extra 2 kegs on each upper leg.
I guess the scales are probably scared of Cunners!
