of course if you get the ball close to 40 times the clanger count is likely to be high also....

its a bit annoying that so much is being made about his ball use in that game. it was below his usual standard. he has kicked it beautifully in other games this year. in my opinion his kicking is under rated.

you can take 3 clangers off from free kicks against. 9 is still high but not terrible when 32 of your 38 touches are contested. thats an insane ratio.

i see the above poster has edited there post after misreading the clearance column for the clanger column

As has been pointed out a lot, the leading "clanger" guys in the league as generally the most prolific players too, particularly the contested beasts.

Fyfe leads the league for example, and Dangerfield is always up there.
