Been to QLD or NSW? Or ever hung out with Islanders? However, Yes its probably the 5th most popular sport in Australia. There some seriously underestimated athletes running around in Rugby.

Yeah I have been there but I was under the impression that it was a real minority compared to the NRL. A sport played by rich private boys. And yes James O'Connor, Quade Cooper and that are quite talented. My point about NZ being the only country that likes rugby is wrong, but they seem to care about it lot more than everybody else.

Rugby is massive up here. Yes, private rich boys do play it (I was one for a while, wouldn't call myself a rich boy though) but the rugby club competition is equally as big.

Hell, I probarbly know of more rugby clubs in Brisbane than Rugby League clubs

Outside of the top 3 I wouldn't necessarily say I "hate" any club or team. It's more a dislike for their supporters.

Geelong solely because they were awesome and went close to not only going back to back but also doing 3 in a row. And being a Lions fan, to make what we did look even better - I never want to see a team that's able to stake a claim on being as good as we were. I was a Hawks fan in 08, Saints in 09 and even supported the Magpies in the 10 PF.
TLDR; Geelong are kents who threatened our dynasty!
