Past Sam Naismith - delisted 2022

Sam Naismith
An ACL rupture and a long list of complications wiped out Sam Naismith’s 2018 and 2019 seasons, fuelling the hunger of the chief Sydney Swans ruckman for a comeback 2020 campaign. The QBE Sydney Swans Academy product is an excellent tap ruckman who’s shown promising glimpses since being drafted in November 2012, particularly as Sydney powered towards the 2016 Grand Final. The New South Welshman had always worn the number 35 before switching to the number 10 for season 2020 in search of a fresh start.

Sam Naismith
DOB: 16 July 1992
DEBUT: 2014
DRAFT: #Undefined, 2015 Rookie Elevation
RECRUITED FROM: North Shore (NSW)

2. Take a ruck of your choosing, hell take 2. Sandi will beat them with hands tied behind his back. No amount of ruck skills will beat 211cm

Naismith is taller, faster, stronger and can jump higher.

There is no way in the world Naismith is 217cm

It started off as a running joke between grimlock and baja as to who out of Naismith and Nankervis will be the first to make their debut...

Was well ahead of Nankervis as the first ruck in the ressies from all reports, as limited as they are. He is being rested with 'growing pains'.

I know it's unlikely he'll play this year, but part of the joy of following a team is watching the rookies develop.

We used to have dedicated player threads in one of the sub-forums of this board until people lost interest in maintaining them, but no reason why we can't still have them.

22 disposals 10 marks 6 tackles 4 goals 26 hitouts

What are those stats you ask Mr. baja? Why I'll gladly tell you. They are numbers that Naismith can only achieve playing AFL live 2 on the PS3

NANKERS!

I think we need a poll. I want to identify the Naismith fans (the Nai-Sayers) from the Nankervis fans (the Nankers). Then I'll know whose opinions I can respect around here

Can we have some accurate relevant stats/feedback from this year so far in the ressies to compare?
