Player Watch #10: Shane Edwards - Retiring at Seasons end

Hopefully the old lads hang around for a long time; titch. Cotchin. Martin.

'hide' them in fwd pockets

And Bacha back pocket
Can see Shedda & Dusty being capable of playing until at least 35.
Sadly i think Cotch's body is slowly telling him its just about had enough.
Back half is abit more demanding so Houli will retire gracefully.

Of all of them I see Shane with the most longevity. Will back into packs when its his turn but overall too slick to get tackled/crunched regularly. Buddy got him good on one occasion though.

And there was that front slam from Milbourn
Campaigner of a bloke

Congratulations to my favourite player, Shane Edwards, on a fantastic Grand Final and 4 well-earnt Norm Smith votes to be 3rd B.O.G.

Could have won 3 Norms.

Elite. Him and Prestia coming back into the team was the difference.

Who was 2, short?

All three of them are magnificent

Player's grand final recollections are going up on the club website and Shane Edwards has some pretty special memories.
