Yes good stuff how about them giving Fisher his 100.It has to be the most stupid decision ever made if he doesn't get a game for father and son.

It wasn't that long ago we picked up top junior player Lance Whitnall at the back end of the draft. F&S selections of the time were essentially outside the draft and their inclusion in the later rounds was cursory. In Whitnall's case his old man hadn't even played 100 games.

I like the idea of getting Fisher to 100 games, just as much for the milestone and getting his name on the No.14 locker, as I think he deserves it; but I don't think it's smart to build strategies around F&S eligibility requirements remaining static for the next 20 years.


Oh ... and well done to the little gun for his 100th

You forgot the most important milestone - if we were to make the GF then David Ellard will be the games record holder at the Blues wearing the famous No.46 in his 10th game. This would surpass the outstanding career of John Warden!!!

I was also at this game; wasn't it also Kouta's 250th. We were sitting on the boundary line and I remember him coming off for a rest and he looked exhausted.

I wonder if the Herald Sun will produce a 5 page spread like they did when Daisy Thomas played his 100th game.
