Gresham is like that meme with a 60 year old looking in the mirror and seeing the body of a 20 year old. His brain writes cheques his body can't cash, and does so at his team mates' expense.

He dropped off at the Saints late.

Have a few Stkilda colleagues and they were glad to see the back of him when we picked him up. Both said he is a selfish footballer.

Panned out that way, delist IMO.

Contracts mean little these days, both parties can break them.

I remember the Saints supporters early on (rightly) rubbing our noses in it as they ended up with him after the Carlisle trade. He appeared to have elite qualities but has fallen off a cliff. He is actually pretty average! What happened?

He's as slow as a wet week yet thinks he's Bobby Hill the way he tries to play, never known a small player to get caught with the ball as much as he does..just a selfish player who can't kick over a jam tin.

Was apparently quite zippy before (didn't see a lot of St Kilda matches). However he has probably lost pace from these injuries and his kicking was never great so we ended up with a small forward with no pace and a poor kick on goal. I think his last game with St Kilda was decent against GWS with a heap of tackles - somehow guys pull a rabbit out of the hat when in contract negotiations with us.

To be fair to him most of his footy is played forward of the centre and none of our smalls have been any good at it for ages (except Walla).

He started off well with us. The first time he let me down was a third of the way through his first season when my mate asked me about a multi bet. I knew 3 or 4 players that should get over 20 possessions. I said he is good for at least one goal a game. He scored nothing which was the only part which cost his multi. After that he fell off a cliff and aside from the odd ok game he never recovered.

Unpopular opinion. Id keep him for next year as was okay at times this year.

He is contracted and we are delisting menzies, davey, smaart. 3 front half smalls.

Can be used as depth and compete with unwin, this years nga's as the third hff/small forward role next year.

Kako and guelfi clearly ahead, but who else do we have as small or link up hff. Johnson/adw? Maybe but seemed to be used in different roles.

I don't get too invested in the trade stuff but for me we can only keep 1 of Gresham/Guelfi IMO.

Guelfi has dropped off a cliff since coming back though.

Would be a huge turnaround if true - coaching/selection team seemed to love him, don’t think he’s played in our VFL side at all.

Wonder if the final round ‘out - personal reasons’ was because he’d been told about it before the game…

Sounds like he’ll be in the Northern Footy League next year which is good news for us. What a shocking pick up he has been. At least we didn’t burn a draft pick on him…
