If he has done his ACL as they suspect now at the time of writing, I will be pretty down. This year has been rubbish for footy. Tigers look terrible without knowing if any of our players are any good. Such a nothing year. Not much else to say really. We are struggling as a whole club right now. I don't think we have any other choice but to try to ride it out. It's hard to get a gage on the team right now. I'm hoping things look better in 3 months.

Really need to look into the fitness management with the injuries from the last 3 years. Obviously some of it comes down to luck, but for it to be as bad as it's been means something is off.

Need some better assistant coaches too. Yze has been signed, and for better or worse needs a bit more time. It's hard to judge him given how shit the club has been the last few years. A rookie coach with an injury plagued list is not a recipe for success.

nah, think positive

I never saw the incident but I heard on commentary Trainor was down after getting injured so I thought, hmm hope not ACL cause usually that means long time out. i thought I heard the commentary might have said he was banging the fist onthe ground.

Anyway I keep saying, think hockey stick, this is a development year. I think it is extreme to think we are missing out on a premiership this year,

if we a real contender and this stuff was happening it would be worse for us as well as the players as they miss out on tilts at the cups etc....

patience is important I think, be gradual in the development. as we get closer with more improvement and development and team growth we are more enabled to be a bit more intense.

do not want acl's, but they happen, if they have to happen rather it not being in a premiership year

I think it is improper to consider want happens in three to four weeks as reflective of three to four years away, that how quickly things can change with belief and strength, and courage

i consider this period as stepping stone periods, where if anything it is smarter not to make a misstep. It only gets worse if we make it worse by overstepping the mark

My worry is not about it being a Premiership year. It's about these guys being injured, and as a result not being properly developed. I don't wanna see a lost generation of kids that we couldn't develop because of injuries.

rarely do any players not have injuries. Unfortunately some get cruelled by injury, most are not career defining I think it is fair it is say. We can be patient and the players know we can be patient.

time is on our side and time is on the players side especially the younger ones like Trainor. I have not seen examples of lost generation of kids not developed because of injuries, have you?

I would be more worried about Sam Darcy because he looks quite brittle, hyper extension and acl. I did not see the Trainor incident but I am hoping he was unfortunate and can be put right Having said that Trainor is nimble for a footballer around 195cm, did this contribute to his injury?? does this make Trainor more restrictive down the track??? dunno, one for the medicos
