We should just never play anyone. Keep them all in cotton wool. No injuries ever!

Exposing the shit form of players on large term big contracts exposes bad decision making of those who were responsible .

Trainor is the least of our worries, kid knows how to find the ball just needs to improve his decision making.

Love the hysteria and reinviting of the wheel, I bet we could go into many of our past defenders and find moments on this very board where our "expert" posters said Rance was useless, Grimes will only ever be a fringe Backman, Astbury should be dropped and added nothing.

I'm disappointed he got dropped, there is a big difference in intensity playing seniors than VFL and not sure the VFL environment is going to improve his disposals when under pressure. I get you can't keep gifting games to someone not performing but atm we aren't winning and its not like he has played in many games this season.

Reckon sometimes we use a bad game from a kid as an excuse to drop them, so then it looks like we are doing something about it. My lack of faith in our coaches is growing by the week.

Well said-too many think that rebuilding on the bottom means we should win regularly despite several injuries on our already young list aided by a handful of ageing veterans

Such a deplorable occurrence of injuries aside from affecting the development of the players injured it also affects the clubs attractiveness for potential recruits

If he has done his ACL as they suspect now at the time of writing, I will be pretty down. This year has been rubbish for footy. Tigers look terrible without knowing if any of our players are any good. Such a nothing year. Not much else to say really. We are struggling as a whole club right now. I don't think we have any other choice but to try to ride it out. It's hard to get a gage on the team right now. I'm hoping things look better in 3 months.

Really need to look into the fitness management with the injuries from the last 3 years. Obviously some of it comes down to luck, but for it to be as bad as it's been means something is off.

Need some better assistant coaches too. Yze has been signed, and for better or worse needs a bit more time. It's hard to judge him given how shit the club has been the last few years. A rookie coach with an injury plagued list is not a recipe for success.
