2 years ago this bloke basically played for the opposite team each week and was the cause of many spilt beers in our household.

Now he’s our best player of the year and deserved it too.

I’d be one of them. I was so incredibly frustrated by him in 2018/19, mainly because I knew his ceiling was so high.

It’s been a remarkable turnaround and one of the biggest shining lights of this season.

Congratulations Luke, a fitting reward for a fantastic season.
