Highlight packages hey...looks like we have the pre captain's wife shagging, line snorting, breast grabbing, pregnant wife leaving, cop fighting, girlfriend glassing Wayne Carey on our hands.

As much as I look forward to seeing what a fit MM can bring, I’m not a fan of taking pot shots at your former club. In reality, if you’re concerned about how your injury was handled (which sounds code for - the club wouldn’t let me play unless I was 100% fit), you wouldn’t be coming to a club like Carlton that had a horror track record this year of playing injured players.

Absolute fake news. He actually praised Adelaide and the way they handled his injury. Naturally he was upset to miss the grand final but he wasn’t in the slightest annoyed at The Crows.

It’s clear from that interview he’s a few sandwiches short of a picnic and no Oscar Wilde, which is why what he said was misconstrued, but he basically said he wanted a fresh start and the opportunity to play at the MCG which is why he joined Carlton.

Yes, don't be sucked in by the Fox Sports like headline...he was asked a question and steered around it, if a little clumsily.

Maybe gets a little anxious in front of the microphone...not unlike dozens of other young footballers.

Anyway, more interested in his ability to hoof bloated cowhide through two big white sticks.

He stumbled through most of the questions in reality.

Not sure how stating he’s not a smart dude is arrogant whatsoever. There’s plenty of guys in the AFL with low IQ’s and in many cases this is actually far more beneficial for playing professional sports.

Doesn’t curb his football ability in the slightest.

**** me have a listen to it - 9 minutes of tape and he's braindead - how are the mensa meetings going? still have to bring your own sneer or are they provided?

Have a lie down mate

Big difference between being brain dead and being a little slow. There’s plenty of players who aren’t particularly smart in the AFL, and I’m not sure how this is coming as a revelation.

As long as he’s crashing packs and kicking goals who cares?
