Tim and Gary have improved a fair bit this year and they have a good variety of guests. Keep them on.

1. Personally I don’t know what EON FM even is.
2. Unsure who I would have on with Gazza - maybe Campbell Brown.
3. Either way the ratings are quite low hopefully Hutch can improve them.
92.3 eon fm baby
I would have thought they would have expected a bit of a hit this year . I’m assuming several were kept on due to contracts and others bought in to keep cost down.
Some free advice for Hutchy next year, move Frawley on ASAP .
I know he does good work with his means health program but he is almost deflating to whatever show he appears on .
Seems to have a large amount of airtime too , I know I avoid SEN if he is on
i'm not into fishing but i have that playing on tunein radio while in the shower on saturday mornings. not a bad showThe fishing show was on earlier today

EON became Triple M.
I actually remember listening when it was very first broadcast, pretty sure it was Lee Simon who kicked it off. Anyone remember Billy Pinnell and his album show on a Sunday night?
Ha. I was gunna say that. Do you remember the first song on EON? No cheating.the very first song they played on Triple M right on the changeover was New Sensation. I remember listening on a Sunday, around midday from memory. We were at baseball in Malvern and the changeover was a big thing so we made sure we went back to the car to listen in.

Ha, old Gracey
On 11 July 1980, Australia’s first commercial FM radio station, Eon FM, began broadcasting on 92.3 MHz,[3] beating Fox FM to the title by two weeks.[4] Behind the microphone at the momentous occasion was DJ Peter Grace, a former DJ for 3XY, a popular radio station at the time (now defunct); he later said he was given that late night spot by default.[5] "It's one past midnight and this is 92.3, Eon FM, I'm Peter Grace and this is the beginning of a long, long time..." The first song was "New Kid in Town" by The Eagles.

It would be very good if this station can get Finey back. I like Jack but he is a little boring.
I think it's a distinct possibility. Heverin is a shocker for that timeslot.
He is the best on the stationDash Parkin is on at the moment. He's very good and very under-utilised.
He should be doing afternoons or evenings.
Rarely hear him. But easy to listen to. Cam Luke is not.He is the best on the station

What was changeover ?
Did EON FM previously be an AM band station changed to FM and if so what AM station was it?
I remember as a kid 3AR, 3LO, 3UZ, 3CR, 3DB, 3KZ, 3AW, 3MP, 3XY and 3GL
Did 3XY become EON FM ?
