Went to buy my daughter a Jy Simpkin badge from the merchandise store after the game - sold out.
Can keep my eyes out for you at the merchandise store at Subi Oval next week if you like, LTK. The supply levels could well be different over here.

I know the feelings of disappointment - my younger daughter was hanging out for a Nathan Grima badge 3-4 years ago but we couldn't manage to score one. Then Narni went and retired on us.

And they went to the specials bin. Every cloud has a silver lining.

I appreciate your kind offer, Mr junkie, but it won't need to get to that. We were told that the Arden St shop would have stock and we'll head there some time this week.

Co-incidentally, my daughter still has #17 on the jumper she was wearing, which she got for Narni. It's a bit small for her now, so she's tossing up between 50 and 21 for the next one. I think she'll probably stick with BBB (the Jy badge was just a reflection of my excitement, more than hers).

Cheers mate - will be interesting to see which badges are in short supply next Sat. Our own in-house Narni fan will still have a pretty good idea, although her brother and sister are getting a touch old for badges now.

Even more interesting will be knocking the Purple Haze off. Not as satisfying as beating the Eagles (IMHO) but, of course, we'll all more than happily take the 4 points.

Freo having gotten up to beat Melbourne (which did not surprise me, actually) does us no harm at all for mine.
