Our saving grace here is that no damage was done.

Unless Melbourne bring out a fudged up medical report.

So let me get this straight. If a player takes a speccy but caves in the head of the player used as a step ladder, who is then off with concussion...3 weeks?

Now who would stoop so low as to do that?

By the way good to see Aaron Joseph bravely soldiering on with that fractured cheekbone last night. Two weeks in a row. Very brave of him.

Its a bloody crime watching Guzeppi running around like that.

Does he have a holy relic of some sort? Bloody miracle that.

I blame his sook of a medical report for Jack being found guilty.

Another flaw in Adrain Anderson's tribunal system. Keep up the good work, Aider. Penalties should be reviewable if they're based on BS evidence.

At least one WA media pundit suggesting LT will get 3-4, but that Scott Thompson will get off.
90% of the media want Thompson off because he's second favourite in the Brownlow betting. What sort of reason is that?

Where were these idiots when Corey McKernan got reported for a far less nasty incident? You'd have never got a fairer player than Corey, except maybe Keith Greig and Wayne Schimmelbusch.

That sellout Harley is such a flog. "Nothing in it at all" according to him right after it happened, but when the Ziebell incident happen he couldn't wait to make him out to be a serial sniper.

God I hate that wanker, you don't have to nod every time someone is saying something and you're on camera you dickhead. I just want to strangle that pseudo intellectual with my belt.

Age suggests LT incident could be rated as negligent, high contact, medium impact - with loading but minus guilty plea, still a two week suspension (two weeks even without accepting plea). Sounds like another one where if a guy got hit in the head, it is either accept the penalty or go for no penalty because contact was accidental/unavoidable.

I hate this whole accident = suspension bullshit.

Players should only be suspended when it is clear they mean to illegally hit the player or enter into a contest in a dangerous fashion that any goose could tell would likely injure a player. If I recall LT's contact correctly his shoulder hit his jaw after LT was moving into the contest and the bloke came across to block him. Looked to me like LT saw him late and reacted to protect himself.

Agree 100%. That idiot ran into LT. The MRP will still give him a fortnight.

Very similar to the Wright one v Carlton, which must be the softest report I have ever seen.
My mail on that one is the turd Robertson ran up to Sam Wright later in the game and told him he'd get weeks due to how long Robertson deliberately stayed down on the ground. Personally, I think that's bullshit. Robertson's legs buckled like a no talent boxer. Weak as urine. The AFL world needs to know that Carlton has an institutionalised policy of trying to get opponents suspended.
