Who thinks Hugo is gonna have a big 2026 ….. at his age he should be establishing himself as the next wave of leaders at the club

Tom Hardy Bait GIF

Always hated squibs

Hes like a modern day ben nason

Some of the crap posted on here makes me laugh

Hugo is best 23 player at Richmond and ahead of 10-15 other players for 2026 and the talk about trading or delisting is just so stupid and never going to happen.

He was drafted in 2019 and had 6 years at Richmond and 2 years away from free agency and will get offers to move
If we dont want him after 2027 he leaves as a free agent and we get a compo. and if he stays then the club rates him and all of the shit canners can suck Sh!t

23/24 yo is on the young side.

He runs a lot. plays Richmond style low possession winger.

never wins the Francis Bourke award.

But B Ellis took short steps, Stengle did in the GF.

he's already the fashion leader... I want to see Sonz with Hugo's blond mullet, and Kmacs hairband

nothing about Hugo screams leader of men.

Saying he’s best 23 at this stage isn’t saying much though considering the state of our list

Clearly has huge defensive and ball winning deficiencies.
.
Not sure he can fix those either, up against it but who knows he might surprise

I don't get the Hugo dismissers. Yes he was relatively timid early on. Had to learn how to go hard and learn the role of a wingman, certainly not a natural wingman, still played junior football, but the last few years he has gradually worked those deficiencies out of his game.

He has actual pace and ball carrying ability, one of our few. He gets back to help in defence and is not afraid to go for his marks. Has a long boot on him and can kick a goal.

He may well be replaced by a better wingman down the track, but we sure don't have one right now.
