Is it just me or does he have a little bit of Dylan Shiel about him?

A mixture between him and Daniel Kerr. Too hard at it inside for Shiel, but too fast and agile for Kerr.

Gee, it'd be pretty good to have that on our hands!

You mean alike looks wise? Dont see Shiel win clearances like that.

Not really, but there's something in his sideways movement and his burst from a stoppage into a bullet pass to a leading forward that definitely reminds me of Shiel.

Either way, not someone I'd looked at prior to tonight, but that's a lot of players. I'm happy we've got someone who can assist Cripps without compromising our spread from the stoppage, and he looks perfect for that.

Adding Walsh Setters and now Stocker to a young midfield that already includes Cripps Dow Fisher SPS & Kennedy

From now on, we look to start trading our first rounders for established talent and fill in the gaps.

Morrish Medal doesn't mean you will make it, but I like that it is a trade with the crows. They are a basket case and I don't know if all of the fallout from the preseason camp has come out yet. Why would McGovern want to leave so quickly after signing a contract?

I expect the blues to make some improvement and I do expect a further slide from the crows, how close we will be I'm not sure....

While SOS has nailed all the trades he has done either winning or coming out square, I'm not sure that he has nailed the draft yet. I hope for the best case scenario of us finishing above the crows next season, but what I like most is the strategy of the blues, pick a team they think will fall and making a future trade. It takes balls but I expect the recruiting team has gone through every club list and picked the best target, looking at every aspect of each club such as the lists, coaching, age profile etc.

We need some players with silky skills, who dispose the ball well, from what I see Liam fits the bill!
