Spoke at the game on the weekend, Stated that he will do everything to be back for finals should we make it.

Said that he would hit the track on Monday. Didn't mention what it was he would be doing, but I assume it is very gentle jog, walking to normalise the range of motion and muscle range.
He's into his second week so not too crazy to be back on the track and using the muscle gently.
