Sounds like some family pride there ;)

it appears that Taylor is slipping under the radar as reports from training at the moment is that he is slotting in really well and that a lot is expected from him and he will be under the pump in the next few weeks when the competitive work starts...do hope all the lads have a red hot go this year as it can only set them up for the next couple of years and there are some exciting lads now on the list..bring on 2008, 2009

How is he coping with the workload?

Saw Taylor and a few of the other boys walking to their seats before the game last night. Taylor is about the same height as Hentschel!

Reading about him for the last few months has made me very excited about him.:)

Anyone think he will make an appearance in 2008? Throw him in the deep end, see how he goes? Could have a Westhoff like impact?

Thanks

I personally think he will only be used if we cannot make finals or if there is more severe injury woes to head our way. Knowing craig's methods he won't be used if we are heading into the finals if all our other kpp's are fit. He is just too conservative in that way. Regardless i think a year in the sanfl seniors will do him a world of good considering he wasn't playing in a 'high' level competition in terms of skill level back in broken hill compared to what the sanfl is.

I'm really looking forward to him exploding onto the scene in 2009 and then stamping his authority on the team by 2010. By then we'll potentially have our greatest forward structure we have ever had, Tippett, Sellar, Walker, Jacky.

I heard somewhere that he's heaps tall, but the other week he came down here with Bernie Vince and they are about the same height.

Taylor Walker, the youngest player on Adelaide’s list, booted nine goals for Norwood in the SANFL on Saturday.

The promising forward, who turned 18 in April, starred in Norwood’s 51-point win over the Eagles at Woodville Oval. He collected 19 possessions and 13 marks while kicking 9.0 in his sixth league game.
