Not uncommon for an entity to claim an asset they do not own.
Even Bookkeeping 101 goes through the test of whether something is an asset.
Westpac centre qualifies. SACA have other reasons for the "revaluation" of their assets.
Same can be said of many training facilities across the AFL.Yes its an asset but good luck getting the $18m (or whatever) they are valuing it at.

We get to negotiate a new stadium deal. Unlike Futile Park, but like most other stadia around the country some stands will be able to be closed. Port will be able to hire a lower configuration (eg 25K or 35K) at a lower cost. The Camry Crows will have to hire the full 55K configuration at full price. Lets hope you start averaging more than 36K.
But if 50k of season tickets are sold the seats are still paid for
Coming from the great D_One19If you didn't continually make shit up that wouldn't happen,![]()

Port dont own the land the Alan Scott HQ sits on. Port Adelaide Enfield Council do.
It is an expense and Mattrox tried passing of a lie wrapped around a simple theory. When the theory was tested he was exposed as a lying sack of shit. Did you wonder why he never showed the mathematical workings?
Because less people are going to games, and wanting to watch it at home on TV live on Foxtel. Clubs are compensated by this with more TV revenue money.True but I do like the way he does his research on the Camry Crows declining operating net cash flow.
Anyway why do you think the Camry Crows are about to get their third lowest crowd average in a season they will probably finish top 4?
I showed all formulae. At worst I rushed an explanation. Your failure to wait until I had time during my day to expand resulted in you going off half-cocked. Your inability to use reasoned logic and accept that other people might have a point leads you to jump to foolish conclusions. This is clear in every thread you post. You know a "little bit of everything" which shows you have just enough brains to be dangerous but not enough to comprhend complex situations. Anything more than a simple stat, like D/E has you struggling to keep up.

Our club has to work harder to get more people through the gate. No one elses fault but our clubs. Taking ownership of a problem is the first step to a solution.
Simple.

So he says since after 2006 our operating cashflow has been in decline....... funny this is in line with the peak of the retail/entertainment boom. We then went into a GFC spiral late 2007. Key point here is there is still a very healthy operating cashflow. Think you will find this will bottom out in the next couple of years, if it already hasn't, and start climbing again with the resurgence of the retail/entertainment sector.
I think you will also find that the crows books are very similar to every other entertainment/retail/service business in SA at the moment.
$385K. Large??? You are funny.
So Port's decline in net cashflow is due to poor management but the Camry Crows decline in net cashflow is due to the decline in the entertainment/retail/service business in SA.
Yep, you're as dumb as Wrinkles Cornes and his moronic sidekick.![]()

14,500 in an "AFL State" for a team that has been around since the 1870's according to their jumper. And there are threads every week on the main board about our crowd numbers in "hostile territory" for a new club with young kids getting thumped every week.
I know which is more embarrassing.
When it comes to D_One19 all you can do is
So many memorable Self Pwnage threads created and so much fail...
The problem with Port is that they were never able to make inroads into the 30/70 split of the market here in SA.LIAR! Where did I say this? I have no doubt its having a negative effect on Port's cashflows as well.
Not sure what you are banging on about with the $385k Large comment.
You forget the 4.5 million dole payment that made the club profitable.Mattrox said he would rather support a profitable club I simply pointed out that the Camry Crows are not a profitable club and then the Camry Crows circle jerk went into overdrive. I think you win the Sao biscuit.

And what has it done for your club? Hasn't given your PR machine a boost. Hasn't attracted you any more members. In fact has probably hurt your brand more than anything by laying it all out on the table and revealing how incompetent your management has been in the past.
