Not uncommon for an entity to claim an asset they do not own.

Even Bookkeeping 101 goes through the test of whether something is an asset.

Westpac centre qualifies. SACA have other reasons for the "revaluation" of their assets.

Yes its an asset but good luck getting the $18m (or whatever) they are valuing it at.

We get to negotiate a new stadium deal. Unlike Futile Park, but like most other stadia around the country some stands will be able to be closed. Port will be able to hire a lower configuration (eg 25K or 35K) at a lower cost. The Camry Crows will have to hire the full 55K configuration at full price. Lets hope you start averaging more than 36K.

Just **** off back to Alberton then you loser.

You crank on about stadium too big, what the **** is your admin doing to make that stadium too small?

Loser club with loser attitude. Which is why you will always be the little brother, the poor cousin, the runt of the litter.:D

Same can be said of many training facilities across the AFL.

Port dont own the land the Alan Scott HQ sits on. Port Adelaide Enfield Council do.

True but I do like the way he does his research on the Camry Crows declining operating net cash flow.

Anyway why do you think the Camry Crows are about to get their third lowest crowd average in a season they will probably finish top 4?

It is an expense and Mattrox tried passing of a lie wrapped around a simple theory. When the theory was tested he was exposed as a lying sack of shit. Did you wonder why he never showed the mathematical workings?

I showed all formulae. At worst I rushed an explanation. Your failure to wait until I had time during my day to expand resulted in you going off half-cocked. Your inability to use reasoned logic and accept that other people might have a point leads you to jump to foolish conclusions. This is clear in every thread you post. You know a "little bit of everything" which shows you have just enough brains to be dangerous but not enough to comprhend complex situations. Anything more than a simple stat, like D/E has you struggling to keep up.

Because less people are going to games, and wanting to watch it at home on TV live on Foxtel. Clubs are compensated by this with more TV revenue money.

Our club has to work harder to get more people through the gate. No one elses fault but our clubs. Taking ownership of a problem is the first step to a solution.

Simple.

More lies won't make the first lie truthful. They only compound the problem. I know that much.

Fess up in order to try to regain a modicum of respect.

Who's fault is that?

So he says since after 2006 our operating cashflow has been in decline....... funny this is in line with the peak of the retail/entertainment boom. We then went into a GFC spiral late 2007. Key point here is there is still a very healthy operating cashflow. Think you will find this will bottom out in the next couple of years, if it already hasn't, and start climbing again with the resurgence of the retail/entertainment sector.

I think you will also find that the crows books are very similar to every other entertainment/retail/service business in SA at the moment.

This wont ever happen, you can keep posting it without a link but it wont ever be the case.

It's just more unsubstantiated hypotheticals and bullshit that you've created to deflect away from your crowds. How will the PAFC be able to hire a reduced capacity 25k seat stadium when they will have about 35,000 + seats sold at Adelaide Oval for each game plus there are also the match day tickets ?

Adelaide Oval much like Football Park will be allocated seating so they will actually have to sell those seats to the public, surely you not that much of an imbecile to understand this. They might possibly be able to do it for 40,000, but there's no way that they can sell 35,000 reserved seat tickets for seats that wont actually be there.

$385K. Large??? You are funny.

So Port's decline in net cashflow is due to poor management but the Camry Crows decline in net cashflow is due to the decline in the entertainment/retail/service business in SA.

Yep, you're as dumb as Wrinkles Cornes and his moronic sidekick.

LIAR! Where did I say this? I have no doubt its having a negative effect on Port's cashflows as well.

Not sure what you are banging on about with the $385k Large comment.

The ironic thing is that you're a bigger sychophant toward Port Power than Cornes, Rowey and the biggest crow sycophant in SA KG Cunningham combined.

And they have turned it around.... people mock the 19th man - I love it. It's hilariously weak, but it gets the crowd involved.
What do Port have - a Mexican Wave ..... when they're losing .... and the desperation of the bay cover.

14,500 in an "AFL State" for a team that has been around since the 1870's according to their jumper. And there are threads every week on the main board about our crowd numbers in "hostile territory" for a new club with young kids getting thumped every week.

I know which is more embarrassing.

Sadly ...those 14000 don't. I was there and I hate the bastards - so make it 14582;)

When it comes to D_One19 all you can do is
So many memorable Self Pwnage threads created and so much fail...

How many since July 22?

The problem with Port is that they were never able to make inroads into the 30/70 split of the market here in SA.

A decline in economy hit and they have been hit harder than us. Purely because when they were strong, winning a flag, and the market was strong they could never increase their market share. Being on the bread line (where we are now) at the peak of their powers.

Now that the economy is recovering, they are a basket case on field. With us on the rise we may make it a 25/75 split when we move to AO. Our club must push for this and get everyone with a remote interest in going to AFL footyball into some Crows merchandise......

I like to think our club is not sitting back blaming everyone else for its woes, we all know ONEClub does.

Large. Healthy. Whatever. $385K is neither.

And what has it done for your club? Hasn't given your PR machine a boost. Hasn't attracted you any more members. In fact has probably hurt your brand more than anything by laying it all out on the table and revealing how incompetent your management has been in the past.
