Squiggle tips Lions at 64% chance -- What's your tip? -- Team line-ups »
are you one of those under 12 parents that necessitate the 15 year old umpires needing escorts?Cte watch for Jordan. Was at an under 12 game today and saw 6 bigger knocks. Hope he’s ok though.
“'Rids’ (Jordan Ridley) copped that whack across the face,” Murphy told Dons Digital’s Performance Update.PLAYERCARDSTART14Jordan Ridley

“Unfortunately, he had some concussion symptoms in the game, so that rules him out for this week as well.
“He’s come back to (a) baseline, he had a good day yesterday and he’ll gradually build up his training this week.
“We predict he’ll fully train next week and be up and going for the Carlton game.”
Another positive ahead of the Dons’ round seven fixture is the confirmed availability of reigning Crichton medallist Jordan Ridley.
After sustaining a head knock against Brisbane in round five and missing Essendon’s Anzac Day win due to AFL concussion protocols, Ridley has fully recovered and will be available for selection.
“Rids (Jordan Ridley) took it very easy during the week and we made sure we stuck to the protocols and got that right,” Murphy said.
“On the weekend, he completed a really solid session with ‘Stuz’ (James Stewart) as his sort of last little tick off.
“He’ll do a full week of training and be available (for Sunday).”
YAHOO! (in Mario's N64 voice).
To me it was more his tracking of Fritsch that daySo an area of weakness first really exposed, at least to my memory, by Fritsch last round 2020, is Ridley's 1v1 defending.
I though his defending was top notch against Carlton. So far it's holding up on the replay. Really seemed to dominate the 1v1 contest he was involved in.
Good signs.
Gave a couple of jumper tug frees away.Gave him a vote in our MVP. Thought he played an almost flawless defensive game without being heroic.
I thought that was Luigi.
Mario’s was YIPPEE.
For a defender he is , well poor in his actual defensive actions. Great defensive interceptor and is calm with the ball in his hands but he is about a D+ at actually defending a player one on one or playing tight.
Okay I will concede to C +He was that bad but he has made improvements. I'd say he sits at C+ atm.
He did quite well on Green but it just wasn't a great match up generally.
He would have been better off on Finlayson or Sproule. Laverde should have played on Green.
Thought it was smart to have him take Ryan in the air and have Redman go with him on the ground.

Okay I will concede to C +
Funny to think the kid hasn't even played 40 games yet!Reckon he's a solid B now, given his domination of Ryan.
He's a much better defender than he was 6 weeks ago.
