I'm actually pleased to see Gulden didn't feature. Got a lot of cheap 1-2 possessions & I really don't think it was one of his better games.

Reckon Brayden Campbell is hard done by. Coaches do tend to notice the big-name players & I reckon if Campbell was called Heeney, Warner or Gulden he'd be on that list.

Fair enough, I get that.

I can also understand how can piss many off Shotties. Apologies for that.
Had a bad year from Dec 2023 & these guys built me up with their footy early on last year after such a bad 2022 GF where I called them frauds & just a bunch of talented individuals & swore never to go to another GF. But I caved in & joined in on the happy train & they had me fooled.
Then sitting there 10 minutes into the GF last year it all caved in again & I was really angry at them for not even trying.
Because they didn’t. It didn’t suit their fancy front running qualities that they signed up for.
They get found out against honest teams but really found out against really good honest teams.
Essendon, though severely undermanned, were really honest on Sat.
So I want my team to be something that they’re actually not.
An honest team.
Apologies to all. Still bitter.
