The thing that makes me think this kid will make it is at quarter time there’s footage of a rally happy Voss patting Carroll on the back and the kid looks almost angry at himself. Super high expectations

Voss smiling ear to ear there, couldn't slap Jack's hand hard enough!

I love hearing him speak too, he really seems level headed, intelligent and clearly from a super supportive family. The respect he gives Cripps when you see them talking is immense.

I see plenty of upside in this kid, I hope he is selected consistently this year. It's okay if he drops in form every now and then, he's a kid. But I'm not sure he'd be one to drop his standards and will always do as the coach asks of him, even if it doesn't translate into stats.

See him as a 10 year player.
