Would be very surprised if they drop him!

He's basically doing what Langford was doing but without the midfield time!

I believe he's got quite a bit of improvement to come! by the end of next year people will be wondering how we got him for pick 77!

Looked like he was too quick for Taylor early and then too tall for whoever the **** was on him after that.

Could be a really tricky matchup for the opposition.

Frees Hooker up to swing baby **** yeah!!!
Nope.

Our forward line is now ******* lethal.

Hooker plays deep forward and they need a monster KP to counter him.

Daniher and Stewart both roam up and down the ground doing whatever the **** they want because teams can't match them due to having to deal with Hooker in the goal square.

Put Fantasia and Walla in the mix and it is a nightmare for defenders.

Imagine if we get someone better than Green to fill that sixth spot.

Seriouslly, if we can hit the draft hard for some midfielders we are a contender with that forwardline.

Non that play Essendon
I think he stays in, allows us to use Hooker at both ends like he was tonight, three strong marking forwards with three small forwards.

Will be interesting to see how the club manages this forward six and its other three possible forwards in Francis, LaVarde and Langford.

Very happy he has been able to have a solid first up game for the club.
Being a third tall is Stewart's natural position as he either gets a defender that isn't athletic or tall enough to match him.
He showed he was a nice kick for goal nailing all three chances, this is backed up by his NEAFL record last year of 47.22.
Allowing the coaches to have some flexibility in using Hooker makes us a much more dangerous side.
Hopefully he can continue on from last night and cement a spot in the best 22 each week.

Also that interview with Luke Darcy after the game lol.

.

This! He could be a seriously tricky matchup as the 3rd tall. I don't think he has the strength to compete with a legit KPD as a second tall, but he could seriously cause headaches as the 3rd tall.
