Pretty damn reliable and calm player, his highs may never reach that of Joeys but you don't have the wild unpreictability either.

Dare I say it, but this guy is what we always wanted Gumbleton to be; long ranging tall forward who can be a great link player and can beat his man on the lead inside 50.

Him and Daniher as a team should logically work well together; both are good athletes and should be able to make room for each other. Having Stringer and Raz as genuinely dangerous forwards can hopefully mean that with a decent work ethic, defenders will just have to go wth their man rather than zoning. Now we just need to be able to hit targets a bit better going inside 50. Damaging kicking skills in the midfield are something I think we sorely lack.

Can’t believe we got him as cheap as we did.

Does anyone still believe he's not good enough to be a genuine key forward and can only play as a 3rd tall? I reckon he's a genuine key position forward now. Has improved his contested marking but still has his agility to use as a weapon as well. Really stepping up this season.
He always was - just rounded out with a tough more strength but hasn’t harmed him mobility. The big contested mark at the start of the game was great.

I hope opposition coaches look at him as a genuine key forward. Looking forward to him kicking 5+ goals in a game - it will happen this year.
